The Body & Soul Lex Handbook provides resources for Lexington churches to put healthy habits into action. It include recipes, diabetes resources and a Vacation Bible School curriculum. It also features Lexington contacts for exercise and cooking classes and information about walking clubs, health fairs, church gardens and much more. If you would like a hard copy of the handbook, you can pick it up at the Scoop on 6th (opening September 1!) while supplies last. Or contact Anita Courtney at anitac@qx.net.
